Okay, okay, I know this isn’t the most fun conversation to have but it is important we are both on the same page regarding “Fees” and why I have them.
Premium Products Require a Flat $20 -$40 fee - this includes K18(*40) Illumina hair color, Fashion Shades & BlondorPlex These products cost more than other items in the line so it’s important they are priced accordingly- I didn’t want to just add this cost in every service if you are a guest who won’t need them. So I believe it’s best for you and my business to offer this À la cart.
**10 minute grace period is permitted but if it becomes an issue we may have to schedule future appointments for a different time**
*Late fees - It’s important to ensure that you get the best quality I can provide. Part of that is having the whole time allocated to your appointment. This not only ensures you get the best possible experience, but you’ll get the best possible outcome as well. Running on time is very important for both of us as I have to keep the integrity for all services.
15 minutes late to your appointment may result in a cancellation of part or all of your appointment. $25 will be charged to your account if you arrive more than 15 minutes late with out letting me know. PLEASE just call or Text if you are running behind so I can make arrangements and keep the salon running smoothly.
*Same Day Cancellation- this unfortunately happens and of course I have a heart and understand life happens. Because I’m a small business taking up an appointment on my books and not showing can really hurt my business. Same day cancellation will result in guest responsibility of 50% of the total service. (Rescheduling will waive this fee but if you miss your rescheduled appointment you will be responsible for the cancellation fee for new missed appointment)
*No call No Show - This type of Cancellation will result in a 50% of the service being charged. Please if you can just call me and we can work out another arrangement.
Question: Does rescheduling my appointment result in any fees?
- No, typically rescheduling an appointment does not necessarily mean you’ll have a fee. We require 24hour notice but, for some unexpected circumstances rescheduling after the 24hr notice may be waived if you rebook your appointment. Communication is key, please reach out as soon as you can if you think you will be unable to make your appointment.
Question: If I have multiple appointments booked and I’m past 15 minutes late can we still do the other items I’m scheduled for?
- yes, if you are running late and you are not to far out, come on in! we can try and accommodate as many of your other services and reschedule what can’t be achieved (Highlight or other Lighting services may not be able to accommodate) we can always skip the Blowout but this will be a case by case basis. Just come in!
Question: what’s the latest I can come in to my appointment and still be seen?
-15 minutes typically is the latest you can arrive for any color services- call, depending on the day I may be able to still take you. Saturdays are Strictly 15 minutes for any service however.
I understand life happens and I am willing to work with you - please just communicate what’s going on as we can avoid most of these pesky fees. I appreciate your understanding and respect to myself, business and other guests in advance.
